About this speaker
Rulo has been a head football coach for the past 13 years, with stops at South Callaway, Helias, and Chillicothe. After going 4-7 in his first year at Chillicothe, Rulo led the Hornets to a 9-3 record and a spot in Class 3 District 8 title game in 2019.
Rulo took over at Russellville in 2021 after the school finished 0-8 in their first as a varsity program. In addition to the position of the head football coach, Rulo will serve as strength coach, assistant track and field coach, and leadership course teacher at Russellville
